With a setup that included multiple tablets for each delivery partner and three stores in each physical location, managing orders became a cumbersome and inefficient task. Recognizing the need for a unified solution to handle orders and generate comprehensive reports, the client approached us to develop a custom technology solution.

To address these challenges, we embarked on developing an application designed to integrate with all available delivery partners in the city. The cornerstone of our solution was a robust dashboard that provided the client with detailed reports about orders, including a way to export orders to CSV for Power BI integration.
